Android Things using an old kernel??? - Raspberry Pi Forums

just trying out android things , i've had bit of fight display work. last few revisions raspbian have worked out of box random monitors have around house. not case improved while ago , issues had went away.

probs have had android things (0.5.1-devpreview) prompted me checked kernel version. (uname -a) , got.

don't know linux versions not 4.4 bit old??? explain display issues have had because google using old version of raspberry pi's linux code (or ever makes linux work on rpi) maybe can 'try too' ask google. wanted see kernel guru's here think on kernel version using. pushing rpi quite lot dev platform android things.

raspbian switched 4.9 few months back, it's not old in raspbian world.
