Image Update Problem in CS4

8gb ram [3.25 + 4.75 ramdisk]
geforce 7300 gt

windows xp
photoshop cs4 date

1. open image in full screen mode.
2. select brush tool.
3. draw line.
4. undo or step backward.
5. line did not disapper.
6. select hand tool.
7. move image little bit.
8. line disappered.

1. open image.
2. creat new layer.
3. select brush tool.
4. draw line.
5. turn off visibility of new layer.
6. still see line.
7. select hand tool.
8. move image little bit.
9. don't see line.
10. turn on visibility of new layer.
11. don't see line.
12. repeat 7,8
13. see line.
