Upload error to UNO

uno has been working fine , added bluetooth module it.  within last week no longer uploads programs.  ids in w10 , tried pi3 , got upload 1 time.  error each time is:

using port                    : com3
         using programmer              : arduino
         overriding baud rate          : 115200
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0xcd
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer not responding

until times out @ 10 of 10 attempts.  i've gone through , disabled bluetooth drivers, uninstalled drivers , blue soliel in case conflict in windows no difference.  same problem in pi 3 well. 

disconnect bluetooth module pins 0 , 1 of arduino - pins used serial upload, , uploading sketch fail when there's external device on pins.

missing filename after '-o'
