DNG and Actions

hi, need apply same exposure value in 300 images in dng format. don't want open image.
an example: open image in camera raw, apply new exposure value, , click done.

unfortunately images inside folders, , inside again other folders.

my first ideia action, photoshop didn't record camera raw. :c (

the solution can see: put images in singles folder , apply command in bridge (using developing settings).

boring way it. because need put images correct folders , sub folders.

i guess light room choice....

missing filename after '-o'
