Maddening File Info Description field behavior

after switching cs3 mac, on new macbook running 10.4.11, have been experiencing maddening phenomenon when captioning photos.

when write caption photo contains similar information previous photo, when in "description" field of "file info," click on triangle next field , import information, saving many key strokes.

but in cs3, unlike cs, whenever there comma in caption, stops copying information @ placement of comma. so, in 1 of typical run-on sentences, have import , paste several times if there comma anywhere in sentence. last sentence, example, have needed imported description field in 3 chunks.

has else encountered this? bug or feature?

help, please!

it known bug cs2, apparently ignored while developing cs3. using bridge can select multiple files , using metadata panel add metadata , select or 1 add additional data file info or other fields. :-)

missing filename after '-o'
