hi, i'm trying make remote door lock system in vehicle pi. car old enough not have system...

thinking if can find way control power door lock in driving seat pi; generating signal using gpio tell power door lock lock , unlock doors of car.

question is possible control electric signal pi control power door lock? asked question because power door lock made controlled button on driving seat.

advise appreciate, , i'm sorry english..!

you need add 2 channel relay board rpi.
plan on using remote access outside of vehicle?
note rpi need running full time drain battery.

many off shelf remote door lock kits available. half cost of rpi.
