Writing Error...!

hi all,
i using photoshop cs3 on imac (2ghz intel core 2duo-10.5.1 os), , have problem when write in language other english (like arabic or hebrew)..
for example, in arabic characters not linked , in wrong direction..
please me

type in arabic, farsi or hebrew, must have me version of photoshop. can't in or other international versions.
