how add 'register' main menu?

the link registration module index.php?option=com_registration&task=register.

in post logout link read

note:
if wondering why not want have registration link in login form, have login forum in horizontal item, appears when click on button. implies fixed width of webpage, , not want. thought why not move registration main menu.

same problem here...
when try create menu-item registration page via url, other modules not visible anymore, no solution.
anyone knows right way?
