Crop Marks not in correct place when Bleed applied - possible Bug/Error?

apologies if has posted elsewhere - checked help, faq, forums , googled - can't find solution minor problem i'm having.

i have created document cut 120mm x 120mm, wanted include 10mm bleed around made photoshop doc 140mm x 140mm.

when go print dialogue have checked "corner crop marks", set bleed 10mm , in preview can see crop marks inside image, marking out correct 120x120 area. however, when click print marks appear on paper @ 140mm x 140mm area.

has else had error, , more importantly, has found solution?

i using photoshop cs3 (a site license of web premium), on mac g5 running windows xp sp2. have other machines & photoshop versions available, going test on them try , find out problem lies.

i producing guides using photoshop @ moment , don't want include can't done!

missing filename after '-o'
