External Power with USB

hello sir/mam,
                       can use 9 volt 2 amp adapter power arduino , usb(tablet) data transfer simultaneously. there dangerous tablet , arduino or not.second in condition arduino digital pin output load on usb power or adapter power?

all arduino boards usb connectors have smart circuitry selects correct power source. can plug in power of power pins , select correct 1 , won't damage usb devices.

it possible screw wrong voltage on wrong pins take effort on part.  @ documentation , try understand before connecting everything.
