How to save actions from exchange going directly into CS3

i posted in napp forum, haven't gotten solution yet. hope here can help.
i downloaded quite few actions adobe exchange. when did, got choice either put them in folder or open them in cs3. many clicked open in cs3. more time efficient. however, there many of them, , looking cartoon effect (which don't use often--special project) however, while looking, found many other interesting actions. anyway, clean actions area , bring ones use time. hit clear actions or reset actions , bring in ones want. i'm afraid because these actions not listed in actions folder. happen them? go away? there quite few of them, , don't want have redownload them. since not listed in actions folder, how can them listed , make sure can access them again?
i have tried creating set move them into. didn't work. tried highlighting of them put in set. didn't work. if selected, flyout menu save actions in grayed out. how them action folder?
any appreciated.
there lot of great brushes , things in exchange, too. tackle next after figure out i'm doing actions. (with forum, of course)

since actions appended default user action set, indeed disappear nothingness if reset them, i'd wary that. issue sorting them - button mode? actions reference other actions? fixed shortcuts? might hinge on of that.

missing filename after '-o'
