raspberry pi not showing up on network - Raspberry Pi Forums

i have raspberry pi 2b working thru wired connection. can find ip address & able browse internet.

issue comes when try ssh pi laptop, using wireless connection. pi doesn't show on network.

reason pi wired while laptop wireless?

suggestions?

welcome raspberry pi forums.

please not hesitate provide details of network: addresses reveal valid within local network , unlikely of use would-be intruder.

in mind: believe ip addresses of rpi , laptop?
