recording actions in video footage

i've opened quicktime in ps cs3 , want following on eeach frame (after having selected clone-source):

1. erase same specific area each frame
2. use clone stamp (from source) on same specific area.
3. move on next frame , same thing.

is there way automate this? tried recording action, did not record operation, tool change eraser clone stamp , move next frame.

any appreciated

you can't record of painting tools actions on video or stills. you're going have rotoscope it. (it may possible through scripting , that's out of league.)
