Thread: screen is a mess of lines after changing resolution

hi
have new installation,was working fine when tried changing screen resolution (using eee pc tray) - 1 click later screen mess of lines. can't see or click anything.

presumably need go shell , manually change resolution (ubuntu 9.04).

i'm newb - i've figured out how crt + alt + f2 shell - right approach? do next?

help!

you should able re-boot safe graphics mode , change there, think.
