uploading sketch to board

i cannot load modified blink sketch new uno.
board not appear chinese clone, although think did come china.can't understand man video on fixing bad chinese clones viewed.  board identified "uno".
sketch compiled okay.
designated correct com port.
using windows xp.
ide 1.6.9.
error report says "not in sync: resp= 0x60".
how find device manager?
what ch340?

ch340 'usb chip' on board. if board has chip, need driver.

device manager part of windows. open 'control panel' , 'device manager'
