Command-~ - not possible on non-english keyboard

searched forum , find topic in archives. it's problem comes once in while.

i love point out shortcut command-~ (and command-1,2,3,...) still hard coded in photoshop.
as user on non-english keyboard it's impossible use command-~ shortcut. on mac it's not listed, on windows, it's listed can selected pressing shift key; shortcut doesn't work.

hopefully adobe add possibility change shortcut once , all.

you need tell adobe not us. fellow users.

missing filename after '-o'
