Bridge Screen Customizing

i purchased cs4 , trying set bridge screen specifications. on left hand side of bridge screen there several tabs near top of screen (e.g., favorites, folders) , mid way down left hand side of screen (e.g., filter, collections). on right hand side of screen, there tabs @ top of right side (e.g., preview, metadata). how can place tabs mid way down right hand side? every time try grab tab , move down on right hand side, pops top.

it simple.
