Thread: Two things i have hated about Ubuntu. Do you share my frustration?

hi,

there should many threads this. sorry redundant thread. moved ubuntu 2-3 years ago , keep ubuntu installation in flash drive because mess up. 2 things have hated are-

1. getting wireless done biggest problem. have have lan connection connect laptop , install restricted drivers.

2. since ubuntu doesn't come pre-installed restricted format , wifi doesn't work without restricted drivers, once again struck classic ubuntu paradox.

developers working on these problem? since in case have install restricted , proprietary drivers, why don't come pre-installed (ubuntu may add notice clear software policy)?

missing filename after '-o'
