Different gains with different LM324 chips

hi,

so using lm324 in non-inverting amplifier configuration, have set resistor gain of 4.4 v/v, resistor values using 1k , 3.4k, using different chip exact same set of resistors giving me different voltage outputs same input voltage, ever faced such issue? can recommend me precision opamp chip available , has sort of compensation output voltage?

you might  have defective chip, more wiring problem.
