help saving pictures for video

im sorry if put in wrong place, im not sure if posting or not, 2nd time have written it.

hi, first post. have searched everywhere way me problem having, honest, dont know search for. have read many photoshop pages etc.. still havent found anything.

i make animated cartoons, , use photoshop color pictures. awesome until put them video. in video, quality horrible. example if fade color in photoshop, once animated, isnt fading color anymore, turns bunch of big pixels.
if use animation part of photoshop, comes out great, until put in video.
research have done, confuses me, although terrific artist , (so im told) dont know "shop talk" of photoshop or anything. going leave info can , hope has idea may me.

im using photoshop cs3 extended.
pictures load ps color 1024x576
resolution 96
rgb color 8bit
color profile "adobe rgb (1998)"

these videos dont published online, burned dvd's.

when save pictures, save them jpeg. thought had seen somewhere said had set color ntcs???? making sense anyone? im confusing myself

which software using make videos? each image 1 frame of video or making slideshow of stills? more info may problems.
