Thread: Lock ups when playing videos (9.10)

my system locks when playing videos on youtube (or place else), hulu application, or when playing games (except solitaire).

problem started after upgrading 9.04, , continued till 9.10. reformated , installed fresh 9.10, still continues.

have 6600gt agp , have tried of drivers. also, duel booting xp , play ccs , cod4 out problems. when in locks screen freezes up, , music or sound continue couple of seconds , frozen. thing can reboot.

if can point me in right direction, appreciated.

missing filename after '-o'
