Create database for simple real estate listings - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all, wonder if can advise me.
i create simple online database of spanish properties.
i know there extensions available, mister estate, feel maybe these little elaborate , feature rich needs.

is there simpler/more basic database builder available.  whereby choose fields names use, etc.

the available packages not right me use euros , metres (not dollars , feet), plus non of field names, catorgories etc seem fit business.

i need record each property, maybe 10 fields price, description, number of beds, baths, area, location.
also 10 images per property.
and, of course, able produce web pages clients can search property listings different criteria, etc.

so think - should try configure misterestate or there simple generic db builder/helper available.

many advice or ideas
