WS2811S IC and ledstrip issue

hey,

i bought loose ws2811s ics (about year ago, can't find ali express lot) i'm having issues connecting them mosfets.

i tested ics (with individual leds) , working fine.

since ledstrip works on 12v (9leds per strip/ic) , ics operate on 5v, thinking of using irfz44n mosfets(i got couple 100 lying around here) bridge 5v part , 12v part.

but since common out of ws ics 5v. don't know how wire it.
could tell me if possible components got , aid me in how wire it?.

the ic controlled arduino mega 2560 (slightly overkill testing).
eventually meaning can control different ics on artnet(network based dmx protocol used in lighting equipment).

missing filename after '-o'
