Trial version downloads and installs fine, but won't load.

i can download , install ps cs3 (as illustrator, dreamweaver etc) fine...

...but when launch app , select option start trial, ambiguous error message saying that...

"a problem encountered while trying load trial period adobe photoshop cs3

click quit see if restarting computer or reinstalling software..."

so did both, , still error.

i need trial version bridge next month before pulling trigger on full suite; please asap.

only way user reply if had exact problem
and had solution, may need contact adobe

also, provide 0 details computer or windoze... "guess" current software won't run on p3 processor using windows 98 256meg of memory
