"Save for web" in CS3 creates huge files!

hi all! happy cs3, seems have huge flaw - ormaybe have setting wrong somewhere. i'm trying save images web using "save web" function in cs3. feature works fine - problem both jpg's, png's , gif's end being 2-3 kb after web export in photoshop 5 way cs2 - becomes 25-30 kb large. issue?

even if save gif image web of 3 kb , try save web export function in cs3, cs3 makes on 25 kb. have been working photoshop since version 5 , have never experienced before. highly appreciated. sincerely / jonas

missing filename after '-o'
