Help understand a color display issue, please.

for long i've used photoshop, i've calibrated monitor. successful process--what see on monitor (normally) print out nicely. however, when view images acdsee, colors washed (yellows, oranges desaturated) , images darker , dull. images fine in windows viewers , other apps. also, when in photoshop if use neatimage plug-in, color have same desaturated dull look. if upload photo flickr acdsee, have poor color issue.

i've talked acdsee it, haven't been help. know there people on board know tons more customer service person @ acdsee. however, it's issue neatimage plugin, too. so, it's not acdsee issue--it's display issue. photoshop gets right, couple of other apps don't. why?

this has been issue since i've used acdsee , i've seen on 2 different computers i've owned. used colorvision calibrate.

does have ideas causing issue? below example. it's exact same image: adcsee on left, photoshop on right.

missing filename after '-o'
