Managing content with News, newsflash, sections, popular, etc - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

ok new joomla! love , happy until comes managing contetn, seem important aspect of joomla!, , yet don´t seem able figure out.
i´ve read topics on explaining, sections, categories, items, etc , makes sense. however, still don´t know how display multiple content effectively.
my example related property web site trying set http://www.buyingspanishproperty.org.uk
i have info on spain want show, within regions (about 30 regions) , each have info , there towns within regions (5-20 in each region) have info well.
then want have financial section. within specific topics , in each topic want specific information.
i have many more thier own topic , within them own stories can lead more information, etc.
the thing want able list information how want , not re-arranged based on popularity or newly created.
the "popular" module doen´t seem fit gets changed popularity of story. "newsflash" module added, etc.
also, once have used module once topic "spain" regions, towns, etc how can use same module again topic "financial" topic????
i´m not sure swmenufree answer there seem many items menu , have looked @ deeppockets, although can´t figure out hwo use yet, doesn´t address problem of lack of modules display different topic/tree items need display.
if can point me in right direction here grateful have been trying figure out off , on weeks , weeks , becoming critical.
