Thread: Need help getting online with CDMA phone/USB

hi.

title states - have 1 samsung s259 cdma mobile phone , need use go online laptop. out in sticks , way online.

problem? ubuntu jaunty doesn't detect phone modem while windows after installing driver cd (and subsequently goes online without headaches)

command "lsusb" reveals "samsung electronics ltd." phone detected, switching phone mass storage mode laptop can access fine (transferring files , forth) cable ok.

please, how can teach ubuntu go online phone..?
