help with PSU filter design
as better coding , digital electronics, having trouble figuring out best way filter power coming 12v 30a ups.
i using camper converter/charger maintain large deep-cycle marine battery. battery primary power source, , converter/charger kick on when needed. ups power several generalized circuits, btw.
i using attopilot voltage , current sensor monitor current draw , battery voltage charger side of circuit. can check voltage see when battery needs charging, , current draw shut off converter charger when current draw levels low enough.
i haven't scoped converter/charger yet see how electrical noise produces, suspect substantial due age (1988 ish).
i have large cap of car amplifier sort, listed 500k uf. enough, think?
i scope find extension cord power it...
...well, actually, looks clean cap installed. attached quick screen cap of output , settings.
so guess have design , build arduino monitoring component.
thanks help. (can give myself karma answering own question?)
