Robot needs to be controlled via any remote (Suggestions please)

hello there guys,

we designing project namely "fire fighting robot". done , planned, need control our robot using transmitter. want control 4 dc motors (2 h-bridges), dc pump & 1 servo motor using our transmitter.

which transceiver suggest? gives response without delay.

we have worked esp8266, heard not well-compatible arduinos , give errors. other suggestions?

if esp8266, can kindly guide using links etc?

a general rc hobby transmitter , receiver futaba ideal?
