Thread: Blank Display After Installing Startup Manager

hi all,

installed startup manager repositories. upon launching, defaulted 640 x 480 8 bit color. changed 24 bit color , 1440 x 1280 if remember correctly (unsure). when try login, have no display after grub. went recovery mode (i able see screen there) , uninstalled startup manager command line, still have no display when try load normally. there configuration file need edit, , if so, need do? or, can mount hard drive using install cd edit whatever need fix problem?

i'm running hp zd7000 laptop (old) ati graphics card.

i'm posting using windows side of dual boot.

missing filename after '-o'
