Very simple code for cd74hc4067 needed....please!!! Input selector

hello all,

i hoping there here can brand new whole world of arduino. wiring , hardware no particular problem having bit of trouble coding.
to explain;

i have cd74hc4067 mux connected arduino nano , able select specific inputs , route signal output (very simple analogue signals).
ideally select com window using simple text commands
in effect create software 'rotary switch'.
i understand theory lack of coding knowledge putting brakes on!!!

any offered appreciated.

missing filename after '-o'
