0 ohm resistors and NF capacitors in Compute Module IO development board Schematic - Raspberry Pi Forums

i'm trying design pcb compute module, in schematic provided raspberry pi (https://cdn-shop.adafruit.com/product-f ... ematic.pdf) there resistors value of 0 ohms , capacitors value nf(not 1 nano farad capacitors labelled 1n). purpose? if i'm designing pcb can replace them regular connections.

parts in question r22, r23, r24,r25, c21,c22 in power regulator circuit(pam2306aypke)

0 ohm links, used configuration.
nf mean "not fitted", nothing placed there, used configuration.
