Switching colors

hello,

can me achieve following using photoshop cs3?
i've got image of light blue wave. wave not solig color, consists of many blue variations. background of image white.
now want paint background blue , wave in different shades of white , light blue. how can done?

not easily. isolate wave on separate layer selection tools, there further isolate color ranges. eithre select them, or use adjustment layers selective ranges, coverage controlled layer masks. rest patience , occasional use of brush , smudge overpaint areas not covered selections...

hi, after updating arduino 1.6.10 when compiling same code obtain error code: [select] settime' not declared in scope how can fix it? quote how can fix it? don't call functions aren't defined. post code (all of it) , exact error message(s).
