Weird Photoshop launching Problem with Leopard - Help!

program: photoshop 10.0 cs3 design premium
computer: mac osx leopard version 10.5.1., intel core 2 duo.
problem: when launch photoshop message: "could not initialize photoshop because file locked. use 'get info' command in finder unlock file.

well, select program icon (which message referring "the file") go 'get info' window shows program not locked. have uninstalled program, , whole suite , reinstalled number of times, nothing works. help!

all other programs open fine except indesign open, not long before quits. no error message pops indesign.

help!!!
