Animation question in CS3

i've made animation works in cs3. animates fine in animation window, when save gif web & devices, doesn't animate. when open in photoshop gif saved, there 1 frame , 1 layer. shows 5 frames in preview.

the web & devices window shows there more 1 frame. when saved, 1. when email myself, no animation. 1 layer gif.

i don't know doing wrong won't show animation when saved.
any suggestions?

how viewing see if animates?

did drag on browser?

missing filename after '-o'
