PS CS4 Slow to open

i downloaded successfully, installed cs4, registered , activated. problem takes long time cs4 open. time double click icon, seems takes forever before blue box pops up, takes longer cs3 open program. far can tell, have same settings both programs cs3 beats hands down speed open. running 3 gb of memory, intel quad 4 processor, , lots of disk space. can't figure our why takes forever open.

i'm running vista ultimate 64 on system q6600@2.4ghz cpu, 8gb ram, barracuda 500gb 7200rpm drive, nvidia 9800gtx+ display card. takes ps cs4 4 seconds double click ready go.

same system, ps cs3 takes 3.5 seconds, bit faster.
