CS3 Photomerge not working in Leopard 10.5.3

switched 10.4.11 10.5.3. photomerge acts normal until stitched pano should appear , window should appear disappears. reinstall cs3? need remove first if answer? creative suite installation.

did run system utilities repair permissions , drive , run diskwarrior (booting off both of discs) before upgrading? , did repair permissions again afterwards?

did reset photoshop's preferences (relaunch photoshop holding down command+option+shift until message appears)?

if wish reinstall photoshop, sure use uninstaller tool -- not drag photoshop folder trash.
