Identification is impossible - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi installed joomla 1.12 site, , i've problem.
i'ts impossible login on website, when try, joomla says me "wrong login or pass. try again". i'ts quite same on admin panel. if try login main admin, there no problem, every other username, joomla says "wrong login or pass. try again". , it's same on every computer. i've try change level of users, isn't solution

what can do?
