Mac CS3 Annoyances

i hoping has answer problems. using imac latest version of cs3 photoshop , latest version os 10.5.

1. when printing whole series of photos have reselect photoshop manages colors every time , choose profile etc. epson printer remembers settings. way cs3 can preset preferences printing?

2. have action sets photo photos editing, 1 of steps turn on soft proof - when restart cs3, step missing action. way make sticky?

3. if click outside of photo or palettes, menu bar, cs3 disappears. menus , palettes remain is. ideas?

any , advice appreciated. thank

3.-- must new mac. mac programs work way. if click on desktop, it'll take desktop.

try working in full screen mode pressing f.
