Masks Palette - Won't save density or feather values

so i'm having ol' time photoshop cs4 , i'm using new masks palette. i'm loving how can feather out path. saved , closed document. next time opened it, none of nicely feathered paths there anymore!

i'm used having feather out selections made paths old fashioned way , hoping feature of masks palette make things go bit quicker. either tool expressly used step convert vector masks pixel masks, makes tool whole lot more boring, or it's bug.

can commiserate here?

yes there should way rasterise feather control clicking mask. needed feature of masks panel - noise. post damn idea in feature requests.

missing filename after '-o'
