Merging Visible changes color of image!?

using original cs
every often, tonight, i've got file many layers of hue, bright, color balance, , more. i've gotten want it, , want move whole thing in 1 piece file. merge visible. 95% of time result merged image identical in layers.
but there slight important changes color or hue. (flatten image has same prob fraction of time)
what can possibly problem here?

it's 1 of things, have go through each layer , check merging/colourising with, figure out work around. it's pain in bum.

somebody far more knowledgable me might have better fix , can both learn them. :)

missing filename after '-o'
