Notifying registered users of changes to content - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello fellow joomla friends!

i'd able offer people coming site ability register changes or of following:

article changes within section, category, or particular article

...and receive e-mail automatically when content item change, hyperlink directly article/articles.

i've hunted high , low through forums both previous release , 1.5 rc1 haven't been able find it, offer apologies front if has been covered , have missed it.

alternatively, if have implemented solution provides same outcome implemented differently, i'd love hear story.

and finally, if you're type of functionality cannot find it, please let me know , can maybe start thread discuss it.

missing filename after '-o'
