Photoshop CS4 - Need help

first , foremost have 3 issues cs4 hate. if can't resolved, going on ebay.

this new dock , lock window system, can set classic setup. dont tab system or absence of minimize button next x on tab.

layer adjustment windows no longer have ok , canel button? please tell me kidding.

clone stamp, dont sample point displayed in curser. can change it.

i photographer not graphic designer. use new 3d, gl open , other features if basic photo processing workflow poor, it's gone. adobe ruthless not doing better job of communicating system requirements of software. dont have gig of ram on pefered desktop , dont want xp service pack 3. seems there compatability issues half video cards out there. can lay fault want if adobe requiring specific video cards use software, should have been made crystal clear before purchase. had search find system requirements on website. isn't product discription, i'm sure intentionally.
if has issues main 3 issues, i'd appreciate it. else cs2 getting reloaded.

edit > preferences > interface:
-uncheck open documents tabs
-uncheck enable floating document window docking

for adjustment layers, it's in new adjustments panel. press backspace cancel.

open clone source panel, uncheck "show overlay"

also, make sure drivers video cards up-to-date. stability in ps cs4 , make sure don't run of known bugs (bugs caused video cards and/or drivers not working advertised -- not photoshop).

missing filename after '-o'
